Our Mission

I acknowledge with respect that I am on the unceded, traditional, and ancestral territories of the Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla, S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), Semiahmoo, Á,LEṈENEȻ ȽTE (W̱SÁNEĆ), Kwantlen, sc̓əwaθenaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsawwassen), and sq̓əc̓iy̓aɁɬ təməxʷ (Katzie) peoples.

My relationship here is one of living, working, playing, and tending a garden—a deep, daily connection. My commitment is to treat this land kindly, to grow plants that belong here, and to practice gratitude and reciprocity. My stewardship will take root through these native gardens, through limiting harm by reducing waste and pollution, and through future financial support for the Indigenous communities whose lands these are.

May my actions reflect the care and responsibility that this place deserves.
